  My name is Lynn Stroud.  I am a Broker-GRI with EXIT REALTY Seaside in Newport, NC. We are a small friendly town located less than 15 minutes from Morehead City and the Atlantic Ocean to our East, and 15 minutes from Havelock and Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point to our west.

  Eastern North Carolina has been home for my entire life. I have a wide knowledge of the entire "Down East" area. Communities such as Cape Carteret, Emerald Isle, Atlantic Beach, Beaufort, Harkers Island, Salter Path, and all the other great places to live in Carteret County.
